“Angie is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. For nearly the last decade she has done exceptional work on my body and all its ailments. She is very in tune with what is going on, knows the best approach for whatever the particular issue is currently, and is very communicative — I can’t recommend her enough!

I have known my friend Angie for almost 9 years. She has been my boxing/fitness trainer, both for individual and group sessions. One word that describes Angie is “delightful.” She exudes, energy, joy, creativity, self-discipline, compassion, reliability, preparedness, fun, dedication, flexibility, and warmth.
With her ability to engage people of all ages and in all situations, she is sought after as a friend, coach and team player. While always being kind and encouraging, she is very adept at taking charge when appropriate, and inspiring others to go beyond what they thought they could do. She maintains a very healthy lifestyle, and inspires others to follow.
My life has been enriched by Angie a part of it!
I am a 78 year old male. For me, Angie is a great trainer. Her workouts are tailored to my ability and needs. She keeps the time light but moves me along efficiently. Sometimes we work more on cardio Other times more on mobility and strength. There is always a mix and variety. If I have issues (tight shoulder) we attend that. I feel Angie to be very client oriented. Her workouts with the Parkinson’s program says that loudly. I have watched her interact with a variety of these clients, each with unique conditions. To paraphrase Teddy Roosevelt: Angie walks softly but packs a great workout. Clarke Keenan
